Welcome to SquishyHunter. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our online store and website and any purchase you make from us (together, the "Services"). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Teens may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Our products are for teens and adults (ages 14+)

SquishyHunter sells squeezable stress-relief and sensory products for teens and adults ages 14 and up. Our products are designed for everyday stress relief, for example at your desk, while studying or working, or whenever you need a moment to unwind. They are not toys and are not designed or intended for children 12 and under. Please don't buy them as toys for young children.

We do our best to show colors, sizes, shapes and details accurately. Our products are made of soft foam and similar materials, so color, scent, size, softness and slow-rise time can vary slightly from photos and from piece to piece. These small variations are not defects.

3. Safety warnings

  • Choking hazard: products may contain or break into small parts. Keep away from young children and pets.
  • Do not put products in your mouth, chew, bite or eat them.
  • Keep away from heat: do not microwave or heat products, and don't leave them in hot cars, in direct sunlight or near heaters. Heated products can burst or melt and cause burns.
  • Do not puncture, cut or pull products apart. If a product tears or leaks, stop using it, throw it away, and wash your hands.
  • Some products have a scent. Stop using them if you notice any irritation.

4. Not a medical device

Our products are meant to help you relax and keep your hands busy. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, including anxiety, ADHD or any other health condition. Results vary from person to person. If you have a health concern, please talk to a qualified professional.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices and availability may change at any time without notice, but changes don't affect orders you've already placed. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Bundle offers, promotions and discounts

Some products include bundle offers (for example, buy 2 or 3 and save). Bundle discounts are applied automatically in the cart and at checkout. When a promotion has an end date, it ends on that date. Discounts can't be exchanged for cash and can't be combined unless we say so.

7. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.

8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

10. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or other content, you give us permission to use, display and share that content in connection with the Services. You confirm that your content is yours, is truthful, reflects your honest experience, and doesn't violate anyone's rights or any law.

11. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to commit fraud, to interfere with the store's security or operation, to copy or scrape our content, or to resell our products in a misleading way.

12. Intellectual property

The SquishyHunter name, logo, website design, text, photos and other content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without our permission.

13. Third-party services and links

The Services are powered by Shopify and may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices.

14. Disclaimer

Except as stated in our policies and as required by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SquishyHunter will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any product. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SquishyHunter harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services or our products.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes don't apply to orders placed before the update.
